Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of attagency.co and the relationship between you and ATT Agency. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and ask.
1. Who we are
ATT Agency is a creative studio operating as a registered limited liability company (LLC). Throughout this document, "ATT," "we," "our," and "us" refer to ATT Agency. "You" or "your" refers to the person or business using attagency.co or engaging ATT for services.
2. Using this website
You may browse attagency.co for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that violates law or harms ATT, our clients, or other visitors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our servers, or related systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, or extraction methods to harvest content at scale, except for legitimate search-engine indexing.
- Republish, resell, or commercially redistribute content from the site without written permission.
We may suspend or block access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
3. Our content
All content on attagency.co, including copy, layouts, code, illustrations, photography, and case-study materials, is owned by ATT Agency or licensed to us. Trademarks, brand names, and logos shown for past clients belong to those clients. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use any of it without written permission.
4. Project work and quotes
Any prices, timelines, or scope summaries on attagency.co are illustrative. They are not a binding offer. Real engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work and Services Agreement) signed by both parties before work begins. Until that is signed, nothing on the site obligates ATT to perform services, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract.
5. The contact form
When you submit our contact form we receive your name, email address, business, the services you indicated interest in, and any details you write in the message field. We use that information to respond to you and to scope potential projects. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Third-party links and tools
The site links to external sites, including past client work, founder profiles, and scheduling tools (Calendly). We are not responsible for content, accuracy, or privacy practices on those external sites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
7. No warranties
attagency.co is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the site accurate, current, and online, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATT Agency, its founders, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of attagency.co, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
This section does not apply to the separate written agreement that governs paid project work. That agreement has its own liability terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ATT Agency from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected here and, where reasonable, communicated through the site. Continued use of attagency.co after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
