Real numbers.
Real projects.
Most agencies show you pretty screenshots. We show you the numbers behind them. Here is what ATT projects have actually shipped, who is using them, and what the press has said. Same numbers we use to scope and quote new work for small businesses.
BAIR
What it is: An online portfolio for a photographer and visual artist working under the name BAIR. ATT designed the brand system and shipped a single-page site with a brutalist wordmark, sky-photo backdrop, macOS-style window framing, a custom cursor, and a live timecode. Displayed as bair.my.

The challenge
Photographers usually get squeezed into template portfolio grids that look like every other Squarespace page. BAIR needed a site that read as a piece of art itself, kept the wordmark front and center, and used real interaction craft, not just a picture wall, to signal that the work behind it is serious.
What ATT shipped
A single-page site with a brutalist BAIR wordmark set over a wide sky photo, framed in a macOS-style window that grounds the whole page as an object. A custom cursor and a live timecode give the page a heartbeat. Kept the DOM small so it loads fast, and shipped it as bair.netlify.app under the bair.my display name.
What we made
- 1 pageSingle-scroll site that carries the whole portfolio on one screen.
- 3 signature movesCustom cursor, live timecode, and macOS window framing, all built by hand.
- Bespoke typeBrutalist BAIR wordmark set as the anchor of the entire brand system.
- NetlifyDeployed on Netlify at bair.netlify.app, shown to visitors as bair.my.
Kodama
What it is: An AI historian for Discord. askkodama.com is a bot that reads a server's full message history, learns its lore, jokes, and inside references, and answers questions with real chat receipts. ATT designed the brand, shipped the marketing site, and built the product around Discord-native slash commands.

The challenge
Every active Discord server accumulates a mountain of context: decisions, jokes, tournament results, running gags, and half-remembered chats that would take hours to dig through. Build a bot that turns that pile into an actual memory the server can query, and give it a marketing site that reads as a serious product, not a hobby project.
What ATT shipped
A Discord-native product with a semantic search index over a server's history, receipt-style answers with jump links back to the original messages, a personality system, opt-out and admin controls, and a daily recap. Plus a black-and-mint marketing site with big editorial type, a Discord mock in the hero, and clean install-and-invite flows.
What we made
- Slash commandsDiscord-native surface:
/lore search,/recap today,/settings personality,/optout. - Receipt answersEvery response links back to the original messages so users can see the source, not just the summary.
- Admin controlsPersonality, tone, and behavior toggles so mods can shape how Kodama talks in their server.
- Free tierFree to add to any Discord server, with an open dashboard and a paid Store for extras.
The Dividend Collective
What it is: A paid personal-finance newsletter and members site. Readers pay a monthly subscription to get a weekly Dispatch newsletter on the markets and a private members area. ATT designed it, built the subscription billing on Stripe, and launched it. It went from zero to nine paying subscribers in the first launch quarter.

The challenge
Most personal-finance content online is either Substack-aesthetic noise or paywalled by big-name publishers. Launch a new personal-finance brand that feels like a real publication, runs its own subscription rails, and gets to revenue without depending on someone else's platform.
What ATT shipped
A print-inspired editorial homepage, a member-only Portfolio section, a weekly Dispatch newsletter, and a custom Stripe billing stack with member portal. Everything self-hosted, no Substack lock-in. Subscription, member auth, and content gating built from scratch so the business owns the relationship.
The numbers
- 0 → 9paid subscribers acquired in the launch quarter on the custom Stripe stack.
- WeeklyDispatch newsletter shipped on a clean publishing pipeline, every Monday.
- Own railsself-hosted billing and member portal, zero platform lock-in or revenue cut.
- Editorialprint-inspired layout and typography that signals real publication, not a Substack.
soymods & Pathmind
What it is: A Minecraft mod hub and our flagship mod, Pathmind. Pathmind is a Fabric mod that lets players automate in-game actions with a no-code, drag-and-drop node panel. Build a walk-then-craft sequence, a navigation loop, or a multi-step routine in seconds. ATT built the mod and the website. Days after launch, the mod was featured by KasaiSora, a Minecraft mod review channel with over 130,000 subscribers.

The challenge
Most Minecraft automation requires writing code or running a separate bot. Build a Fabric mod that lets any player automate in-game actions visually, with drag-and-drop nodes and no coding required. Then build a project hub that fits in the Minecraft community and points players straight to downloads, source, and updates.
What ATT shipped
Pathmind, a Fabric mod with a custom in-game node editor, movement nodes, interact nodes, item-move nodes, navigation, and crafting. Released on Modrinth with source on GitHub. Paired with soymods.com, a custom Minecraft-styled project hub featuring the pixelated SOYMODS wordmark, a featured-video module, and direct links to releases, source, and Discord.
The numbers
- 130,000+subscribers on the KasaiSora YouTube channel, where Pathmind was featured days after launch.
- 1 flagship modPathmind, a no-code in-game automation system shipped on Modrinth for Fabric.
- 1 mod hubsoymods.com, a custom Minecraft-styled site that points players straight to downloads and source.
- 0 ad spendthe YouTube feature came organically, not from paid placement.
“A very cool Minecraft mod called Pathmind. This mod allows you to make automations for your in-game character, with essentially endless possibilities. It features a simple-to-use panel where you can drag and drop nodes to make automations yourself, no coding knowledge required. Your creativity is the limit.”
ryduzz.com & Shital Tayde
What they are: Two portfolio websites for creative professionals. ryduzz.com is the online portfolio for a graphic designer and advertising creative. shitaltayde.art is the online gallery for a Boulder, Colorado painter working in wildlife, landscape, and figurative oils. ATT designed and built both, and each one shipped in under three weeks.
What ATT shipped
For ryduzz.com, a dark portfolio with a custom blackletter wordmark, technical grid overlay, and barcode footer strip. For shitaltayde.art, a cream and gallery-serif art portfolio anchored by a full-bleed tiger painting, a clean gallery grid, and a gentle inquiry flow. Both fully custom-coded, mobile-first, and shipped in under three weeks each.
The numbers
- 2 sitesshipped in under three weeks each, custom-coded from scratch.
- 2 brand systemslogo, typography, and a complete visual identity for each project.
- 0 templatesevery line of code hand-written, no Squarespace or Wix.
Interactive experiments
What they are: A shelf of interactive web builds ATT ships between client projects, to keep the studio sharp on WebGL, physics, and game feel. A boss-rush space game, a full 3D solar system with real orbital mechanics, and a Newtonian three-body simulator with named-solution presets. All run in the browser, no install.
What ATT shipped
solarisbreach.game is a browser-based boss rush through a dying star system with WASD + mouse controls, an atmospheric intro sequence, and a Lore archive. threebody.app is a Newtonian gravity simulator with RK4 and RKF45 integrators and named-solution presets (Figure-8, Lagrange L4/L5, Euler Collinear, Broucke-Hadjidemetriou, Sun-Earth-Moon). solarsystem.dev is a 3D Keplerian solar-system viewer with real J2000 orbital elements and full time-control from one day per second to one hundred years per second.
Why we build these
Client work rewards taste and reliability. Experiments reward everything else, physics, shader math, camera work, game feel. Keeping a shelf of them makes the client work sharper.
