Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible, never sell it, and keep it only as long as we need it.

1. Who we are

ATT Agency is a registered limited liability company based in Boulder, Colorado. We are the controller of information collected through attagency.co. Contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever project information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider also processes ordinary request and security logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamp.

3. How we use it

We use submitted information to reply, scope and deliver work, improve our process, and satisfy legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

4. Service providers

  • Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery.
  • Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Workspace and Google Drive provide email and host the linked video portfolio.

5. Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are deleted within twenty-four months of last contact. Project records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, and tax purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, receive, restrict, or delete your personal information. Email us to make a request. We generally respond within thirty days.

7. Cookies and advertising

ATT does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral tracking cookies on this site. Embedded Google Drive video players may process technical information under Google’s privacy policy when you choose to play a video.

8. Security and international processing

We use HTTPS and access controls, but no internet service can promise perfect security. ATT operates in the United States, so information you send us is processed in the US.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
